Book Description

Deep Sleep
You've fallen into a
deep sleep
I look at you
and kiss you, yet
am I in a dream
Ivory lines float over
your beautiful body
your loose hair pours like a waterfall
down till it joins with the white suns.
Your eyes are closed, your lashes long and beautiful,
locking your naughty nature in
with your dreams
What a mask of peace
and of charm
Surprised?
Reproaching?
Disappointed?
Fearless?
Your chin tilts upward; your cherry lips mutter
the beautiful hairy flower blooming in
your groin seems to say
death is not in yet
life doesn't have an end
why don't we enjoy this moment
on the doorway between life and death
Here I kiss you
kiss . . .
my dear delicate love
on your closed eyes
your dream gate
Your vacant eyes belong to a stone statue
that has long sunk into the depths of the ocean
looking back from the other end of life
through the fate that stands between the sea
and the sky
and the sound of
snoring
A deep sleep
you are in a deep sleep
and I am terrified
terrified at being separated from the world
I kiss you
I keep kissing you
while my mind flies to heaven
till daybreak when the sun rises
This is just one of the many love poems in the anthology; many are even better than this. We hope you love the poem!
