Dara Orenstein
Dara Orenstein is currently completing a book on the history of foreign-trade zones in the United States from 1789 to 1989. As an assistant professor in the Department of American Studies, she has taught seminars on cultural theory; the cultural politics of labor; the history and theory of American capitalism; racial capitalism; zombie films and the idea of zombie capitalism; and the discipline of American Studies.
