A word about the tips we've included in the Free-Book: We've tried to limit ourselves to items that are accessible to most visitors. There are other free things to do that we haven't included, perhaps because they're questionable practices or things that only the chosen few can receive. In general, we've left these types of freebies out of this e-book. We don't want to promote unreasonable expectations.
