Rodrigo has a law degree from Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela; and is considered a pioneer in the raising of private equity from Latin America to fund construction of commercial real estate projects in Florida; authored a book in 2013, Real Estate Development and EB-5 Visas, explaining the federal immigration visa program that grants Green Cards to foreign investors.
