Book Description

When Richard walked into the New York offices of Epiq, he couldn't believe that he was entering the Twilight Zone of discrimination. The employees had a problem with Richard's dark skin complexion, and they called him a Slave, a Monkey, a Gorilla, and a Big Black Scary Man. But aside from being a bunch of racist employees, the Epiq employees were part of a sexual harassment club. They talked about sex every day, they sexually harassed the female interns, temps, and permanent employees, and the employees had to give up detailed information about their sex life. But since Richard didn't give the employees any information about his sex life, the employees began to attack Richard's sexuality and his sexual capabilities. The Epiq employees, supervisors, and managers said the following: Richard is gay. Richard is a virgin. Richard still lives at home with his mother, and he masturbates in his mother's basement. Richard probably has a huge porn collection, and when he leaves Epiq every day - he goes home, and he be jerking off. Richard's mother still breast feeds him. He needs to cut the umbilical cord. Richard doesn't like women. Richard hates women. Maybe there is something wrong with Richard's genitals - Richard's genitals doesn't work. Excerpts: ...Richard was doing a job on one of the huge printers. While he was doing his work - one of the Greek women (a blonde headed woman) was doing a printing job on another printer. While the woman was printing her work - Rey walked up to her, and he began talking to her. Richard was watching everything that Rey was doing, and Rey began to sexually harass the woman. Rey took his right index finger, and he put it in an erect state. Rey then took his left index finger, and his left thumb, and he placed them together, and he formed a circle. Rey then began to stick his right index finger into the circle that he formed with his left fingers. Rey was sticking his finger in and out of the circle, and he was imitating a penis going in and out of a vagina. When Richard saw what Rey was doing, Richard said in his head, What the f*ck is wrong with this motherf*cker. But as Rey was sexually harassing the woman, she began to ask Rey, Do you know that's sexual harassment? Rey didn't respond, and he quickly walked away from the woman. This woman was probably the only woman inside of Epiq, who opposed his acts of sexual harassment. ...There was a male employee, who was born in India, and he was working at Epiq. While he was working at Epiq, he couldn't believe what was going on at this company. He said to Richard, Richard, I can learn something from you. I can't learn anything from these guys at Epiq. They are talking about sex every day. I am a married man - what am I going to learn about sex? I can't learn anything new about sex. This just shows how outrageous and alarming Epiq is. They have these sick employees, who are not being supervised or punished. The supervisors are also joining these sick and sexually harassing conversations. This Indian man came from his country, and he traveled to America for a better life. But, he never knew that he was going to be working at an X-rated company.
