He attended Carson Long Military Academy where he received a good education and developed leadership skills. He then went on to Fairleigh Dickenson University graduating with a degree in Bachelor of Science. Serving in the Army, he became a Staff Sergeant at Fort Dix, New Jersey and trained many recruits who were then stationed all over the world.
