And while Richard Thomas was being sexually harassed, sexually assaulted, verbally abused, and racially discriminated against inside of J.Crew, former CEO Mickey Drexler was riding around J.Crew on a bicycle, and he was enjoying his cushy job. Excerpt: All of this was happening because of the CEO Mickey Drexler. This isn't a company that had their CEO in another building. Mickey Drexler was inside of that building. And the CEO is responsible for what happens inside the entire company. Why didn't Robert Busgith go up to Mickey Drexler, and call Mickey Drexler a f*cking idiot. Robert The Racist Busgith would never do that because Mickey Drexler is the CEO, and Richard is a subordinate. And, Mickey Drexler is a white man, and Richard is a black man. And a Negro life doesn't matter, and you could say whatever you want to a black man, and you won't get into trouble. While Mickey Drexler is riding a bicycle around J.Crew's hallways like a clown, a black man is being called a f*cking idiot by a supervisor inside of J.Crew. While Mickey Drexler is using the public announcement system inside of J.Crew to announce that Michele Obama will be wearing J.Crew tonight - a black man is being sexually harassed by a supervisor, and other employees inside of J.Crew. Why is Mickey Drexler riding around J.Crew on a bicycle? Is he the CEO for J.Crew or is he the Mascot for Walt Disney? Is he Mickey Drexler or is he Mickey Mouse? The CEO is responsible for racism, sexual harassment, and all discriminatory acts that occur inside of a company.
