Author Bio
Jennifer C. Noble is Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at California State University, Sacramento. Professor Noble has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University, Sacramento, and a juris doctor at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
Before joining the teaching profession, Professor Noble worked with the Associated Press and as a journalist covered breaking news and newsworthy court cases in California and Nevada.
