Merchandise offered for sale is described by information provided by the publisher, manufacturer, or distributor. When a customer purchases an item from Readara.com, they agree that they have read the description provided on this website for such merchandise. Readara.com does not represent or warrant such descriptions are accurate or complete.
To make a purchase from the Readara.com Bookstore, a customer is required to register an account with a username and password. When ordering merchandise, a customer agrees to pay the fees and charges incurred through their account at the prices advertised for the applicable items. All fees and charges, including all applicable taxes, shall be billed to the customer, and the customer shall be solely responsible for payment for purchases made through their account.
The cost to ship merchandise that a customer orders from the Readara.com Bookstore is based on the shipping option the customer selects at the time of purchase. Readara.com will ship the merchandise to the address designated by the customer at the time of the order. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract and, as a result, risk of loss and title for the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase from the Readara.com Bookstore, the Customer may return such merchandise within fifteen (15) days for a refund of the purchase price and related taxes. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition; shrink-wrapped merchandise must be unopened. Returned merchandise must be accompanied with the original packing slip. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Customers are required to cover the costs of shipping returned merchandise. The Readara.com Bookstore will charge restocking fee of $20.00 per item which will be deducted from your refund.
